Hearing that The Arc of Howard County urgently needed hand sanitizer, Senator Katie Fry Hester stepped up. Katie Fry Hester, Maryland Senate D9 reached out to a local distillery, which had converted to producing hand sanitizer. With donations from Western Ellicott City’s Woodmark Community to cover production costs, Senator Fry Hester teamed up with Patapsco Distilling Company to donate 30 gallons of hand sanitizer to The Arc of Howard County!
