The Arc of Howard County’s Administrative offices, Community Integration Services-Day Support & Supportive Retirement, and The Arc Transportation Services will be closed Thursday, July 4th, 2019. If you are scheduled to work on July 4th, please contact your employment specialist.

The Arc of Howard County is a grassroots organization established in 1961 by parents of those with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) with a mission for their children to live a life outside of the then institutional model. Our mission continues today as we provide a wide range of community-based services for almost 250 people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families annually in the Howard County community. The Arc of Howard County is the oldest and largest non-profit organization in Howard County that provides services to the IDD population.
