Friendly Reminder: This a reminder of The Arc of Howard County office and program closings during Thanksgiving Week 2019:
 
  • The Arc of Howard County Community Integration Services-Employment, Day Program, and Supported Retirement, and The Arc Transportation Services will be closed on Thursday, November 28th, and Friday, November 29th, 2019. 
  • The Arc of Howard County Administrative Offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28th, 2019.
  • If you are supported by The Arc of Howard County and work on either of the above dates, please contact your Employment Specialist as The Arc of Howard County does not provide transportation to individual job sites on November 28th and November 29th, 2019. If you have any questions please contact The Arc of Howard County at 410-730-0638.

The Arc of Howard County is a grassroots organization established in 1961 by parents of those with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) with a mission for their children to live a life outside of the then institutional model. Our mission continues today as we provide a wide range of community-based services for almost 250 people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families annually in the Howard County community. The Arc of Howard County is the oldest and largest non-profit organization in Howard County that provides services to the IDD population.
