Annual Campaign

Contributions to the Annual Campaign fund services currently being offered by The Arc of Howard County. Annual Campaign contributions are used to respond to the immediate needs of the organization to provide employment, family and individual support, respite care, residential, day program and supported retirement programs.

Some people like to make Honorary Contributions or Memorial Contributions. Such a gift meaningfully honors or memorializes a loved one and has the added benefit of supporting individuals served by The Arc of Howard County.

Silver Arc Legacy Fund

The Arc’s programs and services are funded primarily by reimbursements from the state and through a few grants and donations by generous individuals and businesses. Unfortunately funding falls short, especially during times of economic crisis.

The Silver Arc Legacy Fund is an endowment fund established by The Arc to provide income in perpetuity to meet the needs of the agency and the people it serves. Your gift to the Silver Arc Legacy Fund is a gift that goes on giving year after year. It helps provide the stability essential to an organization upon which so many are dependent.

Donors typically make a multi-year pledge of $2,500 to $25,000, to be paid over 5 years, to the Silver Arc Legacy Fund.
